The Youth HELPS scholarship was developed to acknowledge and assist students who are continuing their education by attending a college, university or vocational/technical institution.  The scholarships will be sent directly to your college, university or vocational/technical institution.

The scholarship application deadline for 2008 has passed.

Additional Information

• Chickasaw high school graduating seniors may apply
• Requires an official high school transcript verifying a cummulative 3.2 or higher GPA
• $500 one-time scholarship for college/university OR $300 one-time scholarship for vocational/technical school
• Three college/university scholarships awarded per legislative district per year
• One vocational/technical scholarship awarded per legislative district per year
• Requires completed application
• Requires recommendation from school administrator
• Requires typewritten autobiography
• Requires 500 word typewritten essay
• Requires copy of student's Chickasaw Nation citizenship card
