Child Development Center
The Chickasaw Nation Child Care Center is a year-round facility. The Center operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Center will be closed on holidays observed by the Chickasaw Nation. Prior notification will be given in the event of other closings. The Chickasaw Nation offers a child care assistance program to assist families, so they may afford quality child care for their children. This program is based on income and is available to tribal members as well as other Native American families throughout the service area. This program allows parents to choose from a broad range of child care providers, including Tribal child care centers, family child care providers, center based child care centers and relatives. The Chickasaw Nation Child Care program offers a resource and referral program for those interested in information on child care. The program has material available for check out that is related to the growth and development of early childhood. It will also provide information pertaining to questions and different child care topics of interest.
