Each school has a coordinator who submits student information to the Chickasaw Honor Club office for processing. Students earning A's receive a $25 Wal-Mart gift card while students earning A's and B's receive a $10 Wal-Mart gift card. Please see the link for participating schools to see if your child's school is listed.
Students in non-participating schools or who reside outside the boundaries are eligible through the in-state/out-of-state program. This portion is open to Chickasaw citizens only and parents are responsible for submitting grade cards. Out of bounds students participating in this portion need to submit the Individual Application available on this website.
Perfect Attendance: Open to Chickasaw citizens in grades 2nd-12th. Students are eligible for perfect attendance each grade period. School coordinators submit information for citizens in participating schools. Citizenship must be on file with the school coordinator.

Students who complete their Individual Education Plan (IEP) for the current school year are also eligible for outstanding achievement. Submitting a verified report card:
When the department of education services receives an application, it is entered in the database and the department advises the parent of their child's eligibility for the program. At the end of each six or nine week grade period, a duly verified copy of the child's report card must be sent to the department of education services for processing.
The copy must establish that the child is eligible for an incentive and must be verified as a true and correct copy by the child's teacher, counselor or principal. If the report card has not been verified, the child will be ineligible for an incentive. Please type or write the following on the copy of the report card and obtain the proper verifying signature.
This is a true and correct copy of (student's name) report card for the period ending on the _______ day of ________, 20__.
